Refunds
3D printed products are made on demand and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges for damaged or incorrect products
If a product is deemed incorrect due to damages or production issues, we will gladly make it right to ensure you get what you ordered. A photo of the product will be required, and once we’ve inspected your request, we will advise the next steps to address your item.
