SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on country/region of the shipping address. All shipping costs are non refundable and are due at the time of order submission.

TRACKING

• CANADA: Letter-mail shipments do not come with tracking. If you prefer tracking, please select one of the available expedited shipping options at the time of checkout. Please note some items will not qualify for letter-mail as they will exceed the maximum size restrictions.
• USA (and other): Shipments outside of Canada automatically receive tracking info through our 3rd party courier. These shipments will be dispersed by region and may be handed over to a local courier/delivery service for the final leg of the delivery. You will automatically receive tracking info once your order ships.

Below are estimated times to ship within the respective locations:

• Canada: 3-8 business days
• USA: 5-10 business days
• All other countries/regions: 10-30 business days
